GRTC Teams Place 5th & 6th in Rochester Marathon

GRTC Mixed Open Team Wins; Masters Men Team Places GRTC teams again shone in the MVP Healthcare Rochester Marathon Relay.  Our teams placed 5th and 6th overall. GRTC #1 won the Mixed Open category, placing first among 55 teams with a 3:26:43 finish.  The members of our GRTC 50 Plus team are all over 50 years of age and still took second in Masters category and sixth place overall with a 3:27:47 marathon. Larry Johnson, 51 The next event for GRTC Teams is the October 10th Fleet Feet Sports Relay:  Fifty Miles around the Lake.  Ted Thull is leading a team of Veteran Men with the goal of setting a new Veteran's record and possibly winning the whole shebang.
